Carousel
A merry-go-round, also known as Carousel, is a large, rotating, entertainment ride at fairs with wooden or plastic animals, on which children ride.
Carousels look very attractive, elegant and majestic. Kids love to go on this ride again and again. No matter the number of times you go to the fair, you still want to take a ride on the carousel.
Everybody has their own routines in their life. Some routines are fun and some are a hassle to do. Review every routine that you are doing, or wanting to do, and see how you can make it fun. Like how every wooden or plastic animal in a carousel is important, ensure the activities you have are needed. Make those activities fun and attractive so that you don’t fall behind or avoid it altogether.
Create your own routine carousels.
- Daily carousel
- Weekly carousel
- Monthly carousel
- Quarterly carousel
- Yearly carousel
Defining the carousel takes the stress away from remembering what you should be doing periodically without fail. This is one of the very important steps you should take in achieving what you want.
Periodic routine carousels are also part of your value system, which should be protected by the “Border Wall” discussed in the last chapter.
Ensure “Time Machine” has a log entry for every work activity in the carousel as they are being done.
Carousels will help you to be more organized.
