Blame

The human mind is very peculiar in its behavior. If good, it takes credit. If things go wrong, it finds a person or a thing as a target to blame.

When you blame others for what happened, you are showcasing that you do NOT have any power to change.

Learning and growth happen only if you take responsibility and own up to your mistakes.

“You are not a failure until you start blaming others for your mistakes.”
-John Wooden

Think about all the issues happening in our daily lives, small and big fights, misunderstandings, etc. Who should we blame?

Think about the issues we have in society – corruption, fighting, gun violence, etc. Who should we blame?

Blame Others or Take Responsibility.
It is a Choice.

Instead of spending time and energy for blaming, try to come up with a solution to resolve the issue and put in procedures and practices, so that it won’t happen again.
